Paid plans, trial terms, and pricing are presented and confirmed during onboarding on the AI-Talon platform. Specific billing cycles, refunds, and cancellation terms are set out in your onboarding agreement.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it to send unlawful or unsolicited communications.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talon Digital Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
